British Glass Biennale 2012 Call for Entries

The call for entries for the British Glass Biennale 2012 is now open and submissions will be accepted until Monday 20th February 2012 at 5pm.

The British Glass Biennale, in association with the Worshipful Company of Glass Sellers is open to UK based artists, designers and craftspeople, working in all areas of contemporary glass practice or using glass as a key design element. The UK’s premiere selling exhibition of contemporary glass currently has five prizes, totalling over £9000, to be awarded alongside its growing international status as the leading showcase for British based makers.

The British Glass Biennale takes place once every two years and is a highlight of the International Festival of Glass which includes the British Glass Biennale; Glass Exhibitions and Masterclasses; and a Public Festival. The British Glass Biennale will run from 24 August – 15 September 2012.
